FOOTBALL CLUB DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
Project Overview
This project is to seek local young talent and develop them to become international level
football player. The current local players cannot compete with the tenacity and tactical of
other international football players, thus this project can improve the current state of our
football player.
Project Approach
This project will consists of following people which are the project manager and three
assistant project managers. Each of the assistant project managers will handle the club
service department, football technique development and the project operation. This project
will take estimated duration about 3 years to complete.

Project Objectives
To develop international level management hierarchy
To develop international level football player
To provide world class facilities
To introduce efficient level training drills
To increase peoples enthusiasm to play football by introducing more football clinic

Constraints
Some constraints of the project are identified to be internal conflict, insufficient budget, lack
of young talent and bad weather.
Risk and Feasibility
The primary risk of the project is the players did not meet the standard that we expect.
Another risk would be we cannot return the investment from the stakeholders. This project is
consider feasible if we able to develop international level footballer in the end of programme.
