Please plan ahead and mark your calendars now for the MANDATORY Challenger Little League
Baseball Parent/Guardian Registration & Information meeting.

Attending ONE of the three scheduled meetings listed below is REQUIRED for your
child/athlete to be eligible to participate in the 2017 Challenger Baseball Program!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO BRING WITH YOU

*Your child/athletes medical information (current physicians name, address, contact
number etc)
*A list of all medications your child/athlete is taking
*Your child/athletes correct shirt and pant size

Everyone is encouraged to read the attached information explaining what the Challenger Little League
Baseball program is, and the Rules, Guidelines & Responsibilities for the Athletes, Parents/Guardians,
Team Parent(s), and Team Managers & Coaches.
Since everyone may not have email and/or Facebook, please share the invitation to the registration
meeting and the attached information with anyone you know who may be interested in participating!
