PREMATURE RUPTURE IN RSUD SIAK 2014

pregnancy and childbirth. It was intended that one woman died each minute. Premature rupture is
a rupture before giving birth/ in partu, when < 4 cm opening.

Based on the data from RSUD Siak 2014, this case happened among 73 women. This research
was aimed to know whether there is any relation between parity and the service of post partum
faces this incident in RSUD Siak 2014.

3. Study period January..statistical chi square test
the time of the research was in January July 2015. the type of the research was quantitative
method using analytical design with cross sectional approach. To get the sample, the researcher
used cluster random sampling technique. The data was collected using observation sheet, taken
from 92 despondences. To analyze the data, the researcher used statistical chi square test.

4. Result of this study indicates..premature rupture of membranes.
The research findings showed that there was any relation between parietals and premature
rupture such as, P Value 0.003 and OR = 4.313 from analysis data, and P value 0.040 and OR
=2.714 from the post partum services. In conclusion, there was a relation between this premature
rupture and parietals with P value < 0.05. Therefore, it is suggested to increase and optimize the
service system dealing with the case of premature rupture.
