The traditional food in Malaysia existed since colonial times longer.Traditional food
is common food for people that time because there was no restaurant or eatery like
now such as KFC or Pizza Hut.For the people of Malaysia are generally very reliable
efficacy,traditional meals,such as curry,nasi lemak roti canai and so on.Besides
nutritious,traditional foods also contain other positive aspects such as materials that
are high in vitamin,nutritious,fiber,cheap and easy to obtain,according to the tastes of
the people so that is believed to have good potential as food.
With a diverse and varied basic materials it can produce various kinds of traditional
food such that the food was delicious and nutritionally balanced.Likewise,the way of
making do with a diverse and varied as by burning/grilling,smoking,steaming and
frying.
Traditional food is influenced by people's eating habits and social systems in the
culture of various ethnic and racial groups in the regions.Food is preferred, since the
taste, texture and aroma according to taste.Similarly,the typical eating habits of the
area are not easily changed,even though the ethnic members moved to other
areas.Roti Canai,Roti Canai and Apam Balik are the most top traditional food that
Malaysia have.People first just having these food for wholeday because at that time
