Sara was at Dr. Donald Massey School since ‘the beginning of this school year when she joined us to replace a teacher on maternity leave. Her ‘teaching assignment was in a Grade Two classroom. had the opportunity to observe a highly effective teacher at work when I visited Sara's classroom. Her lessons were well planned and clearly connected to curricular outcomes. Lessons ‘were planned to include a variety of effective instructional and assessment practices. Sara developed a consistent structure and routine within her classroom which created a productive, safe and supportive classroom environment. Itis clear from observing the classroom environment that Sara believes all students can be successful if they are provided withthe time and support they need. She modelled an optimistic and enthusiastic attitude to teaching and learning on a daily basis. Good relationships were established with both students and parents. Sara built positive, mutually beneficial relationships with her colleagues as well. She consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to our teaching profession, was a valuable member of her collaborative team, and supported all school decisions. I highly recommend Sara for any teaching position in which she is interested. She has contributed positively and broductivey to our Sool this year and any sehool would Benet frm having her in thee employ. ly, (lA Camille Loken, MEd Principal Breet tereeny Cote
