Restaurant formerly known

as Brooklyns reopening early 2017
Submitted

New investors were

added to the ownership
group in August of 2016
at Brooklyns restaurant,
701 S Main in Stillwater.
The restaurant originally
opened in 2011 in the
building formerly home
to Katz Department
Store. After five months
of assessing the restaurant the decision to renovate and rebrand has
taken place.
Interior and exterior renovations are
underway, and a date
for re-opening will be
announced soon with a
new menu but Chicken
and Waffles along with
Shrimp and Grits will
remain.
Our excitement is
building, and we think
the community is going
to be pleased with
the changes that are
being made, said Josh
Sanders, CEO of Stillwater-based Keystone
Foodservices and a principal in the restaurants
new ownership group.
Were looking forward to
reopening in early 2017.
We live in this community, so weve been talking
and listening to our
neighbors and gathering
feedback since August to
make this restaurant a
really special place that
Stillwater will love.

Sanders said the

restaurants opening date
is not yet set but the
new name will be Town
Hall. Town Halls across
the nation are public
places that people meet
to exchange ideas, ask
questions and voice their
opinions. We want to create that atmosphere with
approachable food and
drinks at an affordable
price.
Keystone Foodservice is
a family-owned company
that provides food service
for more than 80 school
districts in Oklahoma.
However, the familys
business roots actually
began in the restaurant
business, once owning
Clicks Steakhouse in
Pawnee, Oklahoma.
We are in entering
the last phase of our
menu planning and making final decisions on
decor. We are thankful
of the community for the
support of the restaurant
in the past, and we look
forward to serving the
community in Stillwater
for years to come.
