The Forest and The Woodcutter
Narrator
: There once was a mighty woodcutter with a huge axe. He cut down
whole forests from one end of the land to the other.
The trees grew afraid when his footsteps were heard. (stomping)

: while the woodcutter grew poorer and poorer. Unable to make his
living cutting wood.
Woodcutte
: (sigh) I cant live like this. I havent chopped any trees for weeks. I
: Sure. Let me look at it. (examining the axe). Im sorry, sir. Your axe is
too big. I dont have proper tools to mend such big axe. Im afraid I
cant fix it for you.

: I was thinking maybe you could help me with your branch. I can use it
to fix the axes handle. If you can give me your branch, I promise I
wont cut down any trees in this forest ever again. Please, I beg of you.

: The woodcutter continues to beg the Queen of Trees until she finally
agrees with it. So the Queen of Trees gave one of her own branches to
the woodcutter and he used it to make a handle for his axe.

: (crying) What are you doing? You promised you would not!

: When he had mended his axe, he suddenly began to chop down the
Queen of Trees!
: and so he cut down the Queen of Trees and the whole forest.. and no
tree lived happily ever after. The end.
