INTRODUCTION
Victor Perez was a man worried by all projects that he did, for this reason He paid
attention to students decreasing in the high school. The absence of students
could feel through of silence and empty in the gardens or halls. He didnt
understand what happened with his business if the high school offered a lot of
good things in comparison with the competitors
The best reference of Victor was his grandfather, a man with a high experience in
the educations area, his grandfather was director in Central University, a
recognized university in Ecuador. Victor was born in a family, who was always
worried by the situations occurred in Cayambe.
The high school was set up in Cayambe on November fifth, 2008. This area was
known by many producers or exporter of flowers, the most people in this area
dedicated to agriculture. Cayambe is a small town with around 39000 population.
At the beginning, the business didnt have a good profitability because of the
students quantity was so low.
Victor Perez had a different idea about system education, who thought that every
student had a different kind of intelligence and the role of parents and teachers
was so important to developed the intelligence. Finally, Victor Perez noticed the
increase of competitors, It occurred with the appearance of Millenium schools. He
was so worried by the lack of students in his high school, but he was incentivated
to do something

DECISION
The problem isnt the education system of high school or may be a bad
management, the problems are a lot, for example: the increase of competitors,
the actual government founded millennium schools, these institutions offered a
good education and free; so Its logical that people prefer a free education and
avoid pay $79 monthly, the other problem is that Cayambe is a town, where the
education doesnt have priority, the parents prefer teaching to children how work
in the agriculture. Its so important to say that the increase of payment affected
to low demand

CONCLUSION
I recommend that Victor try to get low the cost, for example: He will optimize the
costs in infrastructure. Victor can open an afternoon modality or night modality,
Its likely that teenagers cant go to classes in the morning because they may
work with their parents in the agriculture or another activity. I think that this
education system is so good and Victor Perez shouldnt close the high school.
