Exam Directions: This will be a 2 part exam. The vocabulary and short response
portions must be done individually. As you finish the first part, you will go to the
activity portion. We will be doing a shuttle run for 1 minute. After, you are going to
have to count your pulse and calculate your maximum heart rate. After you do that,
you will record your results in the exam that you started. There should be no talking
with your peers for the activity portion! I want to be able to see who knows how to
measure their pulse and calculate their MHR without help.
