PUZZLE RESOURCES

For the many people who are forever curious about where to do puzzles from, here is a list :

1. How To Move Mount Fuji - MUST.Start from this book. You will get to know the history of puzzles in interviews and the puzzles(along with solutions) which were very popular once.
2. George Summers - CLASSIC. Helpful for those who are aiming for CAT, can help for aptitude too.
3. Algorithmic Puzzles - The one I am doing these days. Must for CS+Puzzle lovers.

1. Ponder This -http://domino.research.ibm.com/Comm/wwwr_ponder.nsf/pages/index.html - Not for the faint-hearted. Only puzzle-afficianados should take a look. One puzzle per month, takes
time to solve(if at all, you solve). Those who solve get their names published, seen this used by people on their CVs.
2. Test-Funda Puzzles -http://testfunda.com/ExamPrep/Downloads/Ebooks.aspx - MUST do for interviews and people preparing for CAT.
3. http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/um/people/leino/puzzles.html - Take a printout and caary it in your bag for solving in class and while travelling.
4. http://pratikpoddarcse.blogspot.com/ - High level. It may take some time before you understand the solutions, forget about solving.
5. http://www.mathsisfun.com/puzzles/ - My personal favourite. Go through the various kinds of puzzles - Einstein, Algebra, Measuring, Numbers. Worth spending hours.
6. http://classic-puzzles.blogspot.in/ - MUST for people going for technical interviews or otherwise. I repeat, MUST.
7. http://dailybrainteaser.blogspot.in/ - A large collection of puzzles/riddles/brain teasers. Sacrifices quality in favour of quantity.
8. http://dan.hersam.com/brain-teasers.html - Around 150 brain teasers. Doing this, you can clear any logic competition prelims.
9. http://gurmeet.net/puzzles/ - Unique+Difficult qs.
10. http://www.ocf.berkeley.edu/~wwu/riddles/cs.shtml - Should be enough for interviews.
11. http://qbyte.org/puzzles/ - Tough collection, do not try the 3 and 4 star qs at all.
