This is to bill Filipinas Dravo Corp. for a total amount of Forty Five Thousand Pesos (Php45,000.00). The
breakdown of the works accomplished are the following:
May 17, 2016
Meeting with the Client Representatives in Makati Office in answer to the consultancy services invitation.
The meeting was about the location, description, purpose, immediate and future needs of the project and
expected output etc.
The presentation was followed by questions and answers including the availability of data and the
necessary field inspection to be conducted.

May 21 to 23, 2016
Nido

Actual field inspection and data gathering. The third day (Monday) is our travel via land trip from El
Puerta Princessa since theres no direct flight from El Nido to Manila on that day.
The following activities were done during the field through our Client side guide at the same time our
driver on that field inspection:
1) Walk and drive through from Rio River outlet at the shoreline to the uppermost accessible area of the
watershed.
2) Walk along the shoreline which is the only way to reach the Guinawangan River outlet. and rough
road drive to upper tributary watersheds.
3) Identified highly erodible river banks
4) Interviewed people we met along the way
5) Managed to locate/identify silt and erosion prone areas including existing quarry sites
6) Visited ongoing land developments to identify possible erosion control if present
7) Visited on going road projects and identify necessary erosion control

May 23 to 30, 2016

The development of the proposal. Reporting to office every weekend and working at home after regular
office time during weekdays until the submission of the project.
Input included descriptions, methodology in the conduct of the study and illustrations.
The proposal was submitted on May 31, 2016

June 1-24, 2016
Additional study of Hot Springs and Waterways Development Project. This regarding the development of
the springs and waterways in to swimming pool resorts and recreational areas and parks while
maintaining or enhancing the natural beauty of the place.
The Project Proposal is resubmitted on June 24, 2016
