The Philippine government conduct and practiced laws that could minimize or

reduce the violence and criminality. This includes disloyalty to the government and
violation of law.
Disloyalty to the government- consist abandonment or renunciation of ones
loyalty to the government of the Philippines, or advocating the overthrow of the
government.
Additionally, High treason is criminal disloyalty to one's government.
Participating in a war against one's native country, attempting to overthrow its
government, spying on its military, its diplomats, or its secret services for a hostile
and foreign power, or attempting to kill its head of state are perhaps the best known
examples of high treason. (halimbawa nito ay nagwowork ka sa government, pero
yung imbes n magtrabaho o kayay pangandahin ang serbisyo ikaw pa mismo ang
sisira nito o kayay maging espiya at kalabanin ang gobyerno)
Second, Bribery is the act of giving money, goods or other forms of
recompense to a recipient in exchange for an alteration of their behavior (to the
benefit/interest of the giver) that the recipient would otherwise not alter. ( bribery o
suhol o panunuhol. Ang panunuhol ay isang krimen, pag-aalok, pagbibigay,
pagtanggap o panghihingi ng anumang bagay na may halaga upang
impluwensiyahan ang mga aksiyon ng isang opisyal o mga taong nakatalaga sa
isang pampubliko (pampamahalaan) o legal na katungkulan para sa kanila ay
pumanig o kumampi).
Third is the Conflict of interest, a situation that has the potential to
undermine the impartiality of a person because of the possibility of a clash between
the person's self-interest and professional interest or public interest (minsan ang
rason nito ay pakakaiba ng interes, kung minsan ang isang impliyedo ay gusting
gawin ang tama, sapagkat ng isng emplyado naman ay ayaw ilabas ng
katotohanan, ditto na nagsisimula ang alitan ng magkaibang panig).
Fourth is perjury the willful giving of false testimony under oath or
affirmation, before a competent tribunal, upon a point material to a legal inquiry.
(halimbawa nito ay pagsisinungaling under oath)
Fifth is the favoritism, it is an unfair practice of treating some people
better than others. (halimbwa naman nito ay ang pagiging bias o kayay may
pinapanigan).
Sixth misconduct/ wrong behavior, it is a behavior or activity that is
illegal or morally wrong. It has been defined as improper or wrong conduct. It
is the transgression of some established and definite rule of action, a
forbidden act, a dereliction of duty, willful in character, and implies wrongful
intent and not mere error in judgment . (example is harassing a person in an
employment, education and training environment ).

On the other hand, the violation of law this is presupposes conviction in


court of any crime or offense penalized under the revised Penal Code or any
special law or ordinance. Criminal law is the type of law that deals with crime
punishment. Examples are

First is the breach of marriage promise, a common-law right of action for


breaking a commitment to enter into matrimony. The right of action for breach of a
marriage promise has been abolished in a majority of states.
Second Crime, a violation of a law in which there is injury to the public or a
member of the public and a term in jail or prison, and/or a fine as possible penalties.
There is some sentiment for excluding from the "crime" category crimes without
victims, such as consensual acts, or violations in which only the perpetrator is hurt
or involved such as personal use of illegal drugs.
Third Felony, a serious crime, characterized under federal law and many state
statutes as any offense punishable by death or imprisonment in excess of one
year.Under the early Common Law, felonies were crimes involving moral turpitude,
those which violated the moral standards of a community.
Fourth guilt, is an admission of guilt, finding of guilt, guilt beyond a
reasonable doubt, guilt by association, nolo contender, presumption of innocence.
Examples are blameworthiness, breach of law, censurability, corruption, crime,
criminal activity, criminal deed, criminal offense, criminality, criminousness, culpa,
delict, delinquency, deviation from rectitude, fault, felonious conduct, ill conduct,
immorality, improbity, improper conduct, iniquity, law-breaking, malefaction,
malfeasance, malpractice, misbehavior, misconduct, misdeed, misdemeanor,
misdoing, misfeasance, misprision, noxia, offense, offense against the law,
offensiveness, official misconduct, peccancy, reprehensibility, reproach, sin,
sinfulness, transgression, turpitude, unlawful practice, unrighteousness, vice,
viciousness, violation, violation of law, vitium, wrong, wrong doing.
Fifth Infraction, a violation or infringement; breach of a statute, contract, or
obligation. The term infraction is frequently used in reference to the violation of a
particular statute for which the penalty is minor, such as a parking infraction.
Sixth misdemeanor, a lesser crime punishable by a fine and/or county jail
time for up to one year. Misdemeanors are distinguished from felonies which can be
punished by a state prison term. They are tried in the lowest local court such as
municipal, police or justice courts. Typical misdemeanors include: petty theft,
disturbing the peace, simple assault and battery, drunk driving without injury to
others, drunkenness in public, various traffic violations, public nuisances, and some
crimes which can be charged either as a felony or misdemeanor depending on the
circumstances and the discretion of the District Attorney
Seventh misfeasance, management of a business, public office or other
responsibility in which there are errors and an unfortunate result through mistake or
carelessness, but without evil intent and/or violation of law. Misfeasance is
distinguished from "malfeasance"which is conduct in violation of the law.
