RESULTS

FIGURE 1. Isolation of DNA

The nucleoproteins precipitated from the mixture to the alcohol layer and it was
extracted. The extracted part was scoop to the watch glass. The nucleoproteins look like
mashed apples.

FIGURE 2. Purification of Nucleic Acids

The result looks exactly like the FIGURE 1, the apples nucleoproteins look like
mashed.

FIGURE 3. Test for Phosphate

The positive control turned yellowish and the negative control turned cloudy.
