    There have been a few times when technology has hurt me, never physically but it hurt my grades a lot.
    Usually when I have a project to do I will get on my phone and forget to do my project or homework. This
    really affects my grades and makes me deal with my mom and teachers at school who would be
    disappointed in me for procrastinating so much. From what I remember technology has never hurt me
    physically. If I could stop procrastinating and actually do my work then I wouldnt be in a situation where I
    have bad grades. A good example of this is last year when I had to do my science fair. Instead of finding a
    project to do and doing it I would get on some type of electronic and not do it. I never even told my mom
    that it was due. When she found out I got grounded for about a month. I still do this occasionally but not
    as much as I used to.
