Killarney Way Park Pervious Pavers

The pavers around the pavilion are pervious and designed

much like a sponge with millions of tiny pores that allow
water to soak through them and into the ground below.
This provides a nice firm surface much like a traditional
patio but reduces the amount of stormwater runoff.

Excess water in the narrow paver strip drains through a pipe to a Dry
Well under the BBQ pad. The main patio drains through the gravel
beneath then through the 3 pipes in the wall to the rain garden.
