Hello, my name is Scottt Mask and I am writing this letter to you to inform you
that we have very much so appreciated the travel councils support in the past
and are gracious for the area you dedicated to putting our pamphlets out in your
office.
If you would be willing to, we would love your support our July 1 st Promenade
Days Dive-a-Thon. We be so grateful if the council included othis event on your
calender of events. I also wanted to ask if you would want to help support the
event with $100 in prizes and in exchange we will put your logo on all of our
printed flyers and t-shirts. I feel as though this could be a great source of
exposure for the concil and the support would be very beneficial to us as well. If
you can, it would be most helpful if you can contact us about this matter by the
30th.
