Dear Ms. Smith,

I would like to personally thank you and the travel council for all of your support in
previous years by granting us permission to place pamphlets, in your office. This
has allowed our business to grow, which in turn, supports our community. I believe
local businesses need to support each other to allow for community growth.

Beaver Mountain Bike Tours would appreciate it if you could include our July 24th
Pioneer Day Bike Tour on your calendar of events. We are also looking for prize
donations and would appreciate if the travel council could donate a prize package
worth $100.00. In return we would advertise your company on our flyers and
prominently place your logo on our event T-shirt. Please contact us by Friday June
23rd.
