Along my journeys, since 1996, i have met wonderful people, sensitive to life, with creative inspiring ideas, dreams
and values. most of them parents.!
I have also experienced that single parents the most, have uncompleted dreams and wish for an opportunity, support,
to accomplish them.!
!
The love they have for their children, bring them to face complex challenges, within their own hearts, in their social life,
personal development, professional development or generation of wealth, achievement, realization of their dreams,
and happiness. !
!
I am aware that individuals that are single and have no children may have difficulties understanding the sensitive
nature of this project. But i am certain single parents, and couples-parents in general will do.!
The feeling of completion of dreams, self-realization of an individual is extremely important for our society. In particular
when parents achieve their own dreams, children learn with them, all that is in their own spirit, necessary to bring, in
order to make their dreams true, or to achieve their goals.!
!
The main intention of this project, is to inspire single parents, to tell them, we are empathic to their situation, and would
like to support them, by first sharing a word of understanding, but as well creating alternatives for them, to work on.!
!
The Parenting Theta project is result of several years of experience, as coach, trainer, friend, traveler, volunteer and
love partner in the field of relationship with single parents.!
!
My wish is to see their hearts smiling, filled with light and joy, as they have every day taken one more step towards the
realization of their dreams, and have experienced the satisfaction of completion of milestones in their own
development.!
!
I predict that this project will be a first voice in a choir of sensitive volunteers, coaches, trainers, social workers, social
entrepreneurs, that have a vision of future, understanding of the nature of happiness, the importance of self-
realization, and the clarity on the importance of the role of parenting, the impact of parents presence and life, leaved in
the hearts, perception and spirit of children.!

Yes, this project is dedicated to single parents, but actually is for their children, with happy parents, we will create the
necessary conditions for children to evolve as global citizens able to reach themselves their own happiness. Parents
are the best and most important direct example, model and teacher, for life.!

May this project, be of benefit for future generations and our legacy for a new global culture and civilizations.!

PROJECT OVERVIEW!

The Parenting Theta Project intent to solve a challenge experienced by single parents regarding the time, resources
and experience that can be made available for them while parenting time. !

By providing coaching, training and support for children care and home care, the project intents to bring by to
parents the necessary skills for self-management and knowledge necessary to advance their performance, towards
the realization of own dreams, personal and professional development, as well become an example for children in
terms of the ability and spirit necessary for achieving success and happiness through self-realization.!

!
The beneficiaries will receive 1 up to 3 months support, at the first stage of the project.!
The Project itself includes a research plan, dedicated to improve the design of solutions implemented for single
parenting!

!
The Project budget is of 3 Million EUR, for 3 years, necessary to reach 135 parents per month, and build up skills of
45 trainers and coaches, and 90 volunteers.!
!
BACKGROUND: !
!
Single parents face a variety of unique challenges that couples-parents or singles do not face.!
This project is dedicated to support the individual development, the single parent in the field of personal realization,
achieving of aims, goals, dreams, development of skills, professional development stages, business milestones,
wealth generation, self-management skills. !
!
APPROACH: !
!
While the project do not focus on providing parenting skills or training as main priority, it creates indirectly benefits for
children and family care, by empowering the parent in own individual life and skills.!

CHALLENGE TO BE SOLVED: !
!
Single parents between children care, household care, home care, and working hours (if any) will in general have
available for own development 2 to 3 hours per day, up to 4 hours along weekends, for themselves. Along this time
parents are able and must complete their dreams and build up their life. Yet, 2 hours per day, are mostly utilized for
self-regeneration, balancing of emotions, self-management, processing own life or resting, and very seldom proper
leisure time. This fact is important as for the purpose of achieving any goal, satisfying any need, completing any
milestone in their own life plan, single parents will need:!

That after 20 hours of the day dedicated to small children, teen agers, or young children (8 hours sleep, 4 hours
household, 8 hours children/family care) there is very little focus, impulse, clarity left for all that is necessary to build
up for own life path.!
! Parenting is only one of the life fields parents need to care for and find satisfaction and grateful for.!
!

Many divorced parents had for example the condition of not being active for several years, at their own profession,
as for the needs of care and time dedication that one or two little children need. After the divorce, with still little
children, is not possible for them to recover the momentum for personal, professional development or a competitive
presence in the market or the driving force for the start up process of a new business, self-employed project or job.!

!
Mostly intents fail, out of lack of rhythm, process and resources, self-management, right strategy, consistency,
engagement, frustration tolerance, endurance.!

!
Single parents face daily a variety of emotionally challenging conditions, along the process of children care, house
hold care and home care, that drain completely their capacity of response and action, thinking strategically and
developing own dreams.!

!
Frustration is the first reason of a quality of emotion, that may in several cases share space with depression, lack of
self worth, and even reach burn-out conditions.!

!
Burn out single parents that did intent to work and care for children, at a level of performance, necessary to
complete milestones, in both, parenting, professional and personal development, at the rhythm that would be
normally possible if they would be single, or share a life and responsibilities with a love partner.!

SOLUTIONS!
!
While parenting community for single parents may be a solution, as more than one single parent caring for house
hold and home care, children care, would replace the lack of support created by the lack of a love partner (second
parent). It is very seldom that parenting communities stay long enough together or share a long path together. The
breakup process of a parenting community could be very dramatic, and produce dramatic and traumatic effects for
the individual, parenting, social and professional performance. The same as when a couple breaks up.!
!
Extended families, where aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, brothers and sisters, families live together, in one
single villa, building, or square, seems to be a practical solution, yet those cases are very seldom to find and the
resilience necessary for the creation of that type of family environment vary according to culture and latitude, east
and west sides of the earth planet costumes, perceptions, cultural policies, beliefs, and family practices pre-
established.!
!
Mostly single parents do the best they can, and according to own wealth, property, income, network, skills,
knowledge, will build up their own future, chances, opportunities and paths.!
!
Training, curses, coaching, sessions to be scheduled along free time means mostly the need of baby sitter, support
of family, friends and network, that may not be available or complex to organize, plus the wealth, financial means
necessary, normally out of savings, that in several cases of single parents with children may not be easy to achieve
or are possible only through sacrifice, or compromising leisure time and resources necessary for social life.!

PARENTING THETA SOLUTION: PREVENTIVE INTERVENTION!
! The solution suggested by this project is that one of preventive intervention. !

! Through collaboration with parenting tasks, home care tasks, parents will have more time available for : personal
and professional development completion of milestones process, !

! Assessment, coaching and training provided at home and online, adjusted to individual needs, is more effective,
efficient and provides a multi-dimensional long term positive impact for their life path.!

! Support provided through preventive intervention helps the parents become capable, develop skills, gain the
knowledge necessary, strength and momentum, necessary to help themselves, and lead themselves towards the
achievement of own goals and dreams.!

Children that witness the fun, enjoyment, realization, satisfaction in the parents out of this process, learn indirectly
the main principles behind success and happiness.!

RISK MANAGEMENT!

The percent of single parents that develop frustration, burn out, depression, lack of self-worth, out of the experience
and challenges to be faced as single parent is very high and tend to increase, as the number of divorces globally
tend to increase as well, and the needs for individual self-satisfaction and self-realization milestones the global
modern culture has create and develop turn to be more complex, demand more time, efforts and wealth.!
An increasing lack of self-satisfaction is the community is a risk to consider as important mostly when we are talking
about single parents.!
!
Unhappy parents create unhappy children. Children learn from parents the meaning of life, and the value of
themselves. When children experience parents that feel frustrated and without perspective in life, within the
question: "how would have been my life if i would have had children? " it is unavoidable that children develop the
feeling of not being welcome, loved and develop dis-functional social traits, lack of self-confidence for their own
development, and difficulties to learn how to find a path for their lives towards self-fulfillment, completion of dreams,
self-realization, happiness.!

The risk is not only in the parents, but in what the children learn, to become, life is, family and children are.!
No wonder if future generations feel reluctant and less interested into building up family or trying out traditional
family models or feel ready and happy, grateful, for the experience and responsibility of parenting.!

RESEARCH THROUGH SERVICE IMPLEMENTATION: PREVENTIVE INTERVENTION PRODUCTS!

!
The research project will be developed through the process of development, production, promotion and providing a
service of preventive intervention for single parents. A variety of methods will be applied.!
Coaches and trainers will be trained, on the nature of the project, as well will receive new assessment tools, and
capacity to facilitate specific training modules.!
The service will include: Coaching and training for single parents, to be provided at the 2-4 daily free hours; plus
collaboration with the daily life of a parent, through the participation of volunteers.!
The team that collaborates with a single parent will focus on research, but as well on learning by doing, to develop
the perception ability of identification and develop sensitivity, on challenges single parents face, and based on that
information, noticed at the field of experience and collaboration with each parent, and their respective children and
individual situation, design the necessary strategies, know how, skills, methods, to be utilized in order to empower
the parent.!
Volunteers will collaborate with children care and home care, and provide important information for the research
project.

The Project will be published 02. Feb. 2017, Milestones process of completion will follow with 9 units of weekly work
dedicated to the project first milestones. As soon as team has been build and funding necessary reached, the project
will increase in units per week dedication to 50% and 100% completed by team collaboration.!

1000 EUR for team member/per month for one intervention (beneficiary)!
Includes :!
Expenses: transportation, internet services and wages!
Wages for the team member, that cover basic needs and ask for a commitment of at least 50% which will be

3 Years Budget:!

We wish in a first season to recruit a team of 9 and provide the service to at least 9 single parents. (The budget will
increase to 20000.00 EUR / month).!
Along the first 9 seasons (9x3 months = 27 months, considering only 3 seasons per year = 3 years), we wish to
increase the number of beneficiaries and team members to 45 team members, 90 volunteers and 135 beneficiaries.
(BUDGET: 146000.00 EUR / month). 1 team member for 3 single parents (advanced team member performance).!
Total Budget approx. for 3 years: 3x9 months = 27 mo: 3942000.00 EUR!

BUDGETING ALTERNATIVE!

The design of a collaboration agreement with the beneficiaries.!
Beneficiaries may pay for training, coaching, and children care, through money, or food, accommodation, and as well
share internet.!
How much would may be welcome beneficiaries to pay for this service, will vary according to each case, an
assessment on their possibilities, capacity and resources available will be made, by considering that for the start up
of a self-employment project for example, financial resources will be also necessary.!
Only in the case that a beneficiary has wealth enough for financial collaboration, within the aims and context of the
project, their support will be received through financial means.!

and principles of nature, biohacking, personal development and human potential. His know how has been upgraded
