Dear supervisor

I, Toropu Robert, as a crew member of the flight FR 224 from

Stansted to Dublin I wish to report to you the incidents that
occurred during our flight with a troubled passenger from first
class, the seat A 4,that he was drinking a bottle of vodka, which he
purchased from the Duty Free shop in the airport. The problems
with the passenger consisted of the faulty communication and
lack of understanding from our client, whom even though I
properly explained him that the policy of our company strictly
forbids the passenger for safety reasons to consume alcohol . He
became verbally abusive and started to scream and disturb the
other passengers with his loud, violent and intoxicated behavior
and we had to insist and take him for a private conversation to
calm him down. After we served him a complementary coffee
from the company and his intoxicating state became a normal,
rational one we where able to talk things in a civilized manner
and he apologized to the crew members and the other passengers
on the plane.

I am glad to report to you that this was the only problem during
flight FR 224 from Stansted to Dublin and all the other passengers
were pleased with our services.

In the attention of supervisor John Right
