Accredited doctors are limited

Bacolod branch building is not yet totally furnished
They do not utilise effectively their social media and website
Slow processing of document for the patients to be discharged
Delay funding of provincial funds
Lacking of manpower on staffs and agency sales force

Increase social media presence

Plans should be offered to a specific type of illness
Increase trend in the market salesmanship
Add more manpower to accommodate all clients without delay

Delay funding of Provincial funds

Increased of plans that are not maintained
Competitors to other insurance companies
Possibility of Bankruptcy due to economic crisis
 Scam issues arising due to their company
Customers might discontinue paying the plans for some certain reasons
Permits, down sloping, licences, and taxes affects the company
