Behavioral based Safety Training

Course Description:

Organizations often have effective training, appropriate procedures and

state-of-the-art safety equipment. However, none of that matters if the
people in your organization dont use what they learned in training, dont
consistently follow the procedures and/or use safety equipment. From
skipping steps in a confined space entry procedure, to failing to wear PPE

best way to protect employees. Depending on the hazard or workplace
conditions, the use of engineering or work practice controls to manage or
eliminate hazards to the greatest extent possible are always
recommended first. When engineering, work practice and administrative
controls are not feasible or do not provide sufficient protection, employers
must provide personal protective equipment (PPE) to their employees and
ensure its use.
