doing day to day chores.

Calories gained totally for all 3 days: 5694 calories


Total calories burned for all 3 days: around 1494 calories

Final Thoughts
The amount of food were supposed to eat directly correlates with how much is needed in the
body. For instance, the human body doesnt need many foods with fats and oils. The body only
needs some oils to function correctly.

How a protein is transported to maintain homeostasis.

Looking at my calories earned and burned, Ive decided I should probably eat more fruits to help
my body, and maybe try to burn more calories on a daily basis.
