Theme Day Promotion Assignment - Utah County Jail Group

Description of Theme: Independence Day, Fourth of July Celebration.
Why theme is appropriate: Independence Day is a National Holiday that all American
Citizens should be a part of; this includes those in jail. We are involving these citizens
and helping them be a part of the celebration by bringing it to them in a delicious and
exciting way that follows jail policy!
