INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor hereby accuses JOSE N. FLOHO of the crime of Homicide committed
as follows:

That on or about September 28, 2016, Zamboanga City within the jurisdiction of this court, the said accused,
with intent to kill, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously attack and assault one PEDRO BENITO,
thereby inflicting upon him a fatal concussion which directly caused his death.

Contrary to law.
