Join the Program Today! Learn proper exercise form and technique
through a customized, semi-private personal training program. Looking for
motivation, need extra help with your weight loss plan, or just want to learn
about fitness? Our results-driven program will help you:

All fitness levels welcome!
Each fitness session is 1 hour long to maximize your results and includes
nutritional counseling and a state-of-the-art body composition analysis to
strengthen your weight management.
Program includes:
4-week program
3 days per week (12 sessions total)
Monday Thursday 6pm-7pm, Saturday 9am-10am
This is not a quick fix, fad dieting, or magic shake program! This is a journey.
