Chicken with

chestnuts
Ingredients (for 5 people):
500 g of brown
1 barbeque chicken Vrzea
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
4 tables poons (soup) of oil Chaparro
1 dl wine Tawny Port Armilar
4 peeled tomatoes Nostia
ChanteSel salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste Kania
Preparation:
Approx. 50 minutes
Cut the chicken into pieces. Bring to the boil a
pot with olive oil and let it heat. Add the
chicken pieces and let them cook until golden
on both sides. Meanwhile peel the onion, garlic
and chop everything.
Drain excess fat chicken, add the onion,
chopped garlic and stir and cook until onion is
golden. Add the peeled tomatoes, season with
salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 10
minutes over low heat.
Add the peeled chestnuts, drizzle with port
wine and mix. Cover and cook 15 minutes

more over low heat, shaking the pan
occasionally. Serve it hot.
Suggested accompaniment: Mashed
pumpkin.
