    scan verification form


    offense category (character verification)
    offense (character certification)
    mark to mohrar as a police officer
    place of occurrence (residential place of
    complainant or that place is mentioned on
    verification form)
    attach scanned verification form as an
    application
    incident detail (verification for what purpose
    or job)
    submit
    print e-tag
    Attach 2nd part of e-tag with form
    Ask mohrar to verify it and give it back to
    you when it is verified.
    If mohrar wants some time to verify it then
    ask the complainant to come after some time
    or call him when mohrar verified it.
