*In the Applicant copy, we will only mention Verified according to KB00870. If the Verification
associate is unable to fill any verification values in any of the column in RHS, for example, In the
fields like condition for joining the program or condition for obtaining the degree where VA is
unable to fill the verification values due to the system limitation of words then it would be
mentioned as Refer Remarks Section in RHS side. In that condition Applicant copy should have
add-on remarks for Applicant's reference.

Cases with a verbal verification (in case we are unable to get the written verification from the IA)
we must include the following:

● In case of Verification obtained via a Site visit: It is mandatory to include the Site
visit pictures with the Date/Time.
● In case of Verification obtained via a Phone call: It is mandatory to include the
Date/Time of the call along with the Verifier details (full name/designation/phone
number).

Note: The liner may be changed according to the situation.

(2)- Regarding the Number of Hours Transferred from Another Institute - if this
information was not provided by the Verifier despite multiple reminders and we have a
transcript of records which is not reflecting any year transferred from another college in this
case, we will mention the below Liner in Client Remarks:-

Authorized contact could not provide the Number of Hours Transferred From Another
Educational Institute which is a mandatory by the Ministry of Education UAE. However
"Applicant did not transfer from another Institute" based on the documents submitted.
