Burka Marble Industry Plc invite interested and eligible international bidders for the supply, installation,
commissioning, start up and training of quarry and processing plant machineries of new marble project & Additional
Accessories. The system should be complete package with turnkey agreement with all required machineries,
hardware and software system designed for perfection of the required system with quarry at Tullo and processing
plant at Chiro town, West Harerge Zone, Oromia region, Ethiopia. The design shall be completely compatible with all
known international quarry and processing plant machineries manufactories' standards. The bidder shall supply,
install, commission, test, and give training at factory of manufacturer and on-site.

1. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of quarry, processing plant machinery and software systems with known
international experience of more than 10 years. The bidder shall submit international certification documents and
shall full fill all European and American standards for the equipment manufacturing of the industry.

2. The bid should be prepared in two separate envelopes for technical and financial proposal.

3. Photocopy of renewed license, eligibility documents and performance certificates should be submitted within the
envelope of technical proposal.

4. Bidders can obtain bid documents from Burka Marble Industry PLC Addis Ababa Office before or/on February 27/
2017 during office hours against payment of non-refundable Birr 400.00 (Four hundred birr).

5. Sealed bids marked as "For the supply of Quarry, processing plant machineries, accessories & services to Burka
marble industry PLC" and addressed to:

The bid document shall be submitted to the Burka Marble Industry PLC, Addis Ababa Office, N/S/L/Sub city, Lebu
around Haile garment on the 2nd floor of the building beside oil Libya, Office Number 01, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

6. Bids should be accompanied by bid security of 1% of the total bid amount in the form of Certified Cheque, CPO or
bank guarantee.

7. Bids will be received at Burka marble industry PLC, Addis Ababa Office before or on April 12, 2017 until 10:00A.M
local time & bidders should provide one original and two copies of technical & financial document. Bids received after
closing time will be automatically rejected.

8. The technical proposal of Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of
interested bidders or their legal representatives on April 12, 2017 at l0:30A.M local time at Addis Ababa office. The
financial proposal of bidders will be sealed at the presence of interest bidders. The financial proposal of bidders who
score the point which help them to pass technical evaluation will be opened after the technical evaluation is
completed on the date announced by letter to the bidders.

9. The Company reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
