ON JEPPESEN ENROUTE, AREA AND ORIENTATION CHARTS
Dear Jeppesen Customer,
Jeppesen actively participates in industry working groups and carefully evaluates feedback from our customers.
As a result of investigations and customer comments we are proud to announce the improvement in the depiction
of GRID MORAs on our paper Enroute, Area charts as well as our Data Driven Enroute Airborne Application
(EAA) and Mobile Flight Deck Application.
The regulations published by the FAA (FAR 121.333, FAR 135.157) and in EU-OPS (1.385, 1.770, and 1.775)
regarding the supplemental oxygen equipment requirements and as well customer feedback induced the review
of the Jeppesen specifications.
Today Jeppesen is publishing GRID MORA values in different colors:
Values below 14,000 ft are depicted in green color;
Values 14,000 ft and above are depicted in magenta color.
