Next Weeks Calendar
Please remember that there is no school next week - enjoy your Spring (Please note these dates are two weeks away.)
Break! We will see you when we return from break on Monday, March
20th. Monday

On Tuesday, March 28th, our class will be going on our very first field 3/20
trip to the Discover Nature Center! This field trip will support our
study of ecosystems. In order for your child to attend, you must give Tuesday KCPD Officer Read-Aloud
written consent. We will be distributing permission slips when we 3/21 Pandas, Elephants, Foxes
return from Spring Break. Please sign and return the slip ASAP!
Wednesday Board Meeting
We are partnering with Ms. Glass class to prepare a garden basket to
5:30-7:00pm
auction off at our school fundraiser on April 5th. Were hoping that 3/22
you will consider contributing a gardening item or two to our basket.
We are looking for the following items: child-sized gardening tools, Thursday
child-size gloves, vegetable and flower seeds packets, small bag of dirt,
planting pots, a watering can, kid-friendly gardening books. Well send 3/23
out a formal call for these items in the coming weeks.
