names, and program and awards pages are included in the book as well as an advertising section similar to
those in high school yearbooks.
Advertisers may buy space in the digital National Pageant Book just as they would in online newspapers
and magazines. Contestants can earn prizes and/or cash awards for selling advertising. The girl who sells
the most advertising for the National Pageant Book earns the National Cover Girl title and receives a crown,
banner, and trophy in addition to all the prizes and awards she earns.
Contestants who participate in this contest are our achievers, our dreamers, our future leaders who are
willing to work to make their dreams come true. This contest is designed to reward contestants for promoting
the National Pageant in their communities and states. The contest also gives participants the opportunity to
become acquainted with local and state business leaders, develop business and communication skills and
good work habits while earning prizes and awards.
Supporting the dreams of young people can help make things happen for them and return dividends to their
communities and states. The best investment community leaders can make is to support those programs
which help their young people mature into responsible citizens. Miss American Coed Pageants is one of those
programs.
Please take this opportunity to invest in the youth of your community.

Very truly yours,

Patty Hawkins, National Director
