1: Application Project Proposal

I. Executive Summary
This summarizes the whole project proposal. This should be done last after all the outlines have
been complied.

II. Introduction
Briefly discuss your plan for the beneficiary of the project. Also explain the importance of the
project.

III. Procedures / Methodology

Explain how you are going to facilitate the completion of the project considering the timeline
(last day) of the university for the first semester. Please prepare a gantt chart of activities with
estimated completion date of each activity.

IV. Data
Provide the following:
1. Illustration of the project (i.e. tables, chairs, facilities), this could be an attachment if figures
are downloaded from an online source. Do not forget to cite the reference. Print in color.
2. Layout of the project (could be by free-hand, autocad or related application)
3. Bill of materials, enumerate the materials that could possibly used for the project. Provide a
budgetary estimate for each material.

V. Results/Discussion
Discuss the possible effects of the project to the beneficiary.
Explain your reflections about making this project proposal/design.

VI. Conclusion
Conclusion in relation to the subject Industrial Materials and Processes.

Note: The application project will benefit the day care center of Brgy. Alulod, Indang, Cavite.
