SCHOOL DECISION CURRICULUM

OPTIONAL COURSE ENGLISH LANGUAGE

1
Argument

The following optional course was made in order to

familiarize pupils with the English accent, pronunciation,
vocabulary and basic grammar rules, considering the fact that they
had a first contact with this foreign language since the
kindergarten.

Nowadays parents ask for an optional English language

course starting with a very young age. They realise that in the
modern world one cannot function efficiently without knowledge
of computers and of at least one foreign language. This has become
a matter of necessity for todays individual.

Learning the English language their children will have the

opportunity to study abroad, to integrate themselves in the modern
life techonology, to travel, to apply for a good job, so to be
successful in any part of the world.

Many parents are also aware of the fact that there are more
chances to learn a foreign language from an early age, that is why
they choose the optional English language courses for their
children and allow them to keep the contact with this foreign
language by watching cartoons, films, playing computer games or
listening to music.
