I am writing this letter to formally notify you that I am tendering my

resignation from my position as Plant Junior Engineer as per obligation under
the terms of my employment contract effectively from December 29, 2015. I
have taken this decision due to personal reason and I believe it is the best
way to look forward for more opportunities for my personal growth.

I appreciate the opportunities I have been given and all your

professional guidance and support. I wish MANNVITS and the company
success in the future.

Thank you for the opportunity to work with your Engineering Department at your Glacier South
Megafridge Project. I learned a great deal, both about my own job and the work of the
department in general. My admiration for the philosophy of the firm and the opportunities
afforded its employees is tremendous. I leave with deep regret.

It has been a pleasure to be associated with you all and Mannvits Corporation. I sincerely hope
that you will continue to enjoy the greatest success.
