Hi I’m Erica Trisha Aranas recently graduated from Mapua University with a bachelor's degree of
materials science engineering. As a materials engineer, our primary focus is on understanding the
properties and application of various materials in which on how we design, develop, and optimize new
materials for specific uses. I began my career as a service crew while in ANR unlimited resources inc. in
which we served food and give good customer service. I also worked as a Reliability Technician in

analyze data collected from various sources to assess the reliability of systems and identify trends or
patterns that may indicate potential problems. I recently work as a PV designer in clear source ph. in
which we design solar photovoltaic systems using bright path software by ensuring both quality and
efficiency within a specific time frame. Over the years I cultivated I want to adapt values transparency
and integrity in which valuing honesty and openness. Taking responsibility and accountability to your
actions and involve kindness and towards others.
One of my strengths is time management. As a working student before, being able to balance work and
studies by Setting priorities in order of the importance is much easier to manage my time effectively and

One of my weaknesses is my wavering self-assurance. I tend to think that things might go wrong,
so I spend time and resources to ensure that everything proceed as smoothly as possible."
I view my occasional self-doubt not as a weakness, but as a strength that fuels my commitment to
personal and professional development. This mindset propels me to actively seek feedback, learn
from experiences, and consistently improve my skills.
"You took 9 years to finish your degree, what are the challenges and how did you overcome the
challenges?" (Nexperia Engineering Board & Microchip France)
I did face financial challenges during my academic journey, in which contributed to the extended
duration of my degree. Balancing the demands of coursework, part time employment and financial
responsibility proved to be a significant hurdle. here were periods when I had to take semesters off to
work full-time to fund my education.
To over come these challenges, I developed my self a strict budget, applied scholarships. While it took
longer than anticipated, these strategies allow me to navigate the financial difficulties and eventually
completed my degree.
I believe I am the ideal candidate for this position for several reasons. Firstly, my educational background
and experience have equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge required for the role.
Secondly, my passion for work sets me apart. I am genuinely enthusiastic about contributing to the
