1: Has anything ever irritated you about people you have worked with?

I understand people’s difference of opinion and that different people work in different ways but one thing
that irritates me is the lack of co-operation.
2: What was the last project you headed up and what was its outcome?
My last project was to build an automated Chatbot in urdu with 3 team members where I streamlined the
work on dataset required and its implementation. We ended up building a solution on time and a plan to
scale it further for multiple domains.
3: what is your least favorite about yourself?
Least favorite thing about myself would be that I am anxious person so I overthink but I am learning to let
things take their own course.
4: what is your biggest regret and why?
My biggest regret would be the missing an opportunity of a job leading from an internship.
5: do you ever take your work home with you?
I believe I am an organized person so I try my best to complete my tasks in a given time. I do understand
what needs to be done so I don’t mind taking home some urgent tasks.
6: what makes you unique?
I am highly motivated by a challenge and I really enjoy learning new things so I am constantly trying to
learn and experience new opportunities in and out of the industry.
7: how you deal with pressure?
I feel that sometimes pressure can be a good thing, working under pressure has taught me how to
prioritize and balance my workload. I have learned to plan my tasks and my work load meticulously
(attention to detail).
8: What are you looking for in terms of career development?
I hope to someday be able to manage my own team and lead projects on my own, but my
short term goals are to quickly earn new responsibilities as I use my skills to prove I deserve the
challenge.
9: What is your weakness?
I remain quite in the meetings and I am trying to speak up.
I get too impatient sometimes but I am trying to reconsider the to-do list and prioritize the tasks.

10: Why do you want this job?


I'm interested in this job because I can see that, in this role, my skills could help solve this problem within
your company. I also see an opportunity for me to learn and grow these skills, so we both would benefit
personally, professionally, and financially.
11: How would you quickly establish credibility with team?
To build a team credibility I would start with listening to your team members because I believe there is no
better way to build trust. Understand the difference of opinion and collaborate towards a solution.

12: What motivates you?
My primary motivation is that I am result driven person as is the IT industry so that sense of facing new
problems and finding their solutions keeps me motivated.

13: What is your greatest strength?


My strengths are my analytical and problem solving skills. I find it rewarding to find a solution to a
challenge. I am also a quick learner.
14: Tell me about yourself?
I am Amna Noor. Currently I am following a training with the Fusion Systems and also been given the
opportunity to continue my future with them. I am also pursing my masters in Information Technology
from NUST where I am conducting my research in AI based automated Urdu Chabot.

15: Why you are leaving your present job?


I am looking for a new challenge to learn and experience new things.

I’ll give myself some time.

I think my work too seriously
18: Where do you see yourself in five years?
 Over the next few years, I want to explore and develop skills in project management. In five years, I
want to have gained experience in leading projects for major clients. I will be looking for opportunities to
expand my responsibilities within this role to work towards my goal.

20: What is your biggest accomplishments in last 5 years?


My biggest accomplishment in last five years is my decision to continue my studies because it has helped
me a lot to overcome the deficiencies in learning style.

I was selected as a team lead for university project, I managed it gathering all the work done and
combining it before the deadline so we could by recheck the progress and work done.

 My skills and abilities of working with teams, and my commitment to teamwork. My skills and
abilities working with different personalities. My assurance to achieving company goals via the
process of productive, efficient teamwork.
23: How do you propose to compensate for your lack of experience?
I believe that I am hard working and I can use my analytical and problem solving skills to compensate for
the lack of experience I have.

As a team member, I handle pressure with ease and can work with minimal supervision.
25: If you were hiring a manager for this job, what would you look for?
I would be looking for a cooperative, flexible and goal oriented member for my team.
