Tell me about yourself

I am an industrial engineer, I have been working for more than 14 years, I have been focused on the quality
part, although I have worked in many labor sectors, I can learn quickly, I am practical, responsible, honest, I
have good communication with people, I love learning new things.

2. Why are you interested in working in this company?

I believe that it is a company that is going to give me a great advance in my knowledge and experience, I
believe that here I will be able to expand my language skills, I know it is a great company and I feel that I can
have great growth opportunities.

3. What do you know about our company?

It is a company created recently, but with the union of two large and experienced companies, one from the
United States and one from Colombia, you have extensive experience in logistics. You are a provider of
logistics talent management in Colombia.

4. Can you describe your strengths to me?

My interpersonal intelligence allows me to connect easily with people. I am respectful, honest, fulfilled,
proactive, I am curious for knowledge

5. What are your main weaknesses?

- At the moment I think that one of my weaknesses is having little experience working in the English
language, I have done it in the company where I work, but this has been short-term situations, I try
to practice constantly, I think I can easily get over it.
- I am a person who tries to say things to avoid misunderstandings in the future, however I must
learn not to be so direct in my way of expressing it.
- The new projects excited me, without realizing that they overloaded me. Now I have learned to
recognize my limits.

6. How do you see yourself in five years?

I want to be an area leader and be able to manage personnel and projects, applying all the knowledge and
experiences that I have had. I would like to be a project manager

7. Could you give me an example of a situation in which you found yourself faced with a challenge and how
did you overcome it?
A long time ago I sent an outdated document to the field and that generated errors in the construction
process, what I did was quickly assume responsibility for the issue and look for immediate solutions so that
this would not affect the project times and budget

8. What are the most important factors you are looking for in your next career opportunity?
Growth, new knowledge, better opportunities, better economic stability

9. ¿Por qué dejaste tu anterior empleo? ¿Por qué quieres cambiar de empleo?
CCR has given me a lot of technical knowledge and I have been able to increase my professional maturity,
but I have very little chance of growing or learning more than I already know, I started to feel stagnant.

10. ¿Cuáles son tus pretensiones salariales?

4.500.000 although I am open to hear other offers, see what other benefits have that may interest me,
growth, bonds or other things like that.

I would like to know what the work would be like, the conditions, hours and communication methods?
12. ¿Cuáles son tus metas a corto, mediano y largo plazo?
My short-term goal is to finish the auditor course that I'm taking in this moment; In the medium term I want
to have my own car and be able to start the master's degree in project management and in the long term to
be able to finish this master's degree and apply it at work as an improvement of my own.

13. ¿Qué te gusta hacer en tu tiempo libre?

I try to enjoy my free time a lot, I like to cook, read, listen to music, travel, play sports, share with my family
and friends

14. ¿Cuál es tu meta en la vida?

At the work level I want to be a project manager, have people in my charge and be able to carry out
projects with the best standards of compliance and satisfaction.

15. ¿Qué me puedes decir de tu jefe anterior?

He is a great human being and an excellent boss, he shared his knowledge with me and helped me to
consolidate my technical and professional criteria, I am very grateful to him.
