I. Questions for candidate

1. What can you tell me about yourself?

I am Sarah Davis and I graduated University of Bucharest, last year. I am
specialized in both areas mathematics and informatics. I have always been
interested in computers, software platforms, programming languages and
that’s why I choose to follow this career path.

2. How did you hear about this position?

I discovered this position on LinkedIn while I was looking for a job to be able
to be an independent person, from a financial point of view, since I finished
university. I found several jobs, but this one was among the ones that attracted
me the most, because I think I have the necessary skills for this field.

3. What did you do last year to improve your knowledge?

In the last year I was very busy with the faculty, but this fact did not stop
me from wanting to develop even more professionally. So I decided to use my
free time doing what I like. I participated in several online courses for Python
and Java programming languages, but also in courses that taught me how to
know myself and my desires better. This extra time on my plate has been really
great for my mental health.

4. What are your biggest strengths?

At the moment I think I am the best version of myself, but I don't want to
stop here. I have always looked for opportunities to help me develop
intellectually and personally. This job is an analytical one and I consider that I
have the necessary qualities such as: critical and analytical thinking, detail-
oriented, problem-solving. I like having a team to strategize with, but I also like
to work independently. So I can very easily model myself on what your
company needs.

5. How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations?

I like to work under pressure, because I work very well under pressure. If at
some point I can't handle it anymore, I stop for a short period of time and
analyze the situation in order not to make a mistake. I am a perfectionist
person, but I am far from achieving perfection.

6. What do you know about this company?

After a few searches on Google, I saw that this company is a bank, which
deals with virtual currencies, ranking in the top 5 of the most efficient in the
country. I saw that you have the best and fastest banking application and that
the company's employees go abroad every month for different projects,
contracts, etc. I would like to know more details about the company if you can
tell me.

7. What are your salary expectations?

Considering that I have very good skills in this field, finishing one of the
hardest faculties in my native country and that I can adapt to any conditions, I
would like a starting salary between 4000-5000 dollars per month.

8. What type of work environment do you prefer?

I would like to have an environment as relaxed as possible, but I want the
people of this company to be energetic people from whom I can learn new
things. I want a certain degree of freedom to do different things. I want this

environment to increase my desire to work. I like to help my colleagues to

achieve their goals if they did not have the necessary time.

9. Where do you see yourself in a few years?

In the coming years I see myself as a successful employee with a great
position in this company, because I am sure that I will evolve a lot in this
field because I am following my dream and doing what I like. I want to learn
as much as possible in these years to achieve all the goals I set for myself.

10.Why we should hire you?

Even if this will be my first job, I think I will be a professional employee,
because my skills and knowledge are perfectly suited for this position. I am
very organized, I will finish all my projects and I will try to improve myself. I am
dedicated in what I do, that's why I plan everything ahead of time, which will
help me divide my tasks and prioritize the most important ones. This position
will make me very responsible.

II. Questions for interviewer

1. What is the relationship between employees?

Our employees understand each other very well, they help each other,
they share their ideas during breaks. In their free time they do various
activities together, go for walks, have dinner together, go on vacations. They are
open people who want to meet as many people as possible and make long-term
friends. No one thinks he is superior to the other, whatever function he may
have, and I think this is the most important thing.

2. Do you have training programs available to new

employees?

Of course there are these training programs. Each employee receives

specialized training for his field. Every year these programs take place both for
new employees and for those who have a certain seniority in our company.

3. What opportunities will I have in this company that will

help me in the future?
There are many opportunities in this company. Every day there are new
things, people who will help you in your professional development. Of course, if
your projects will be very good and our company will be promoted and
published in as many magazines as possible, you will go to other countries to
represent the company and to take part in projects that will help you as an
employee to develop. You will meet people from all over the world and I am sure
that your desire for work will be even greater.

4. What will this company offer me in terms of health,

transport, food, etc.?
In addition to the attractive salary we offer, this company has unlimited
fruit, coffee and water. In terms of food, you will have a budget of about $20
per day to order what you want. We put health first, that's why you will have
health insurance at one of the most famous clinics in our country. We settle
the transport entirely on the basis of tax receipts from gas stations or public
transport.

5. What are the most important skills that an employee

must have?
A main skill that our employee should have is that of adaptability in any
situation. Professionalism, communication and teamwork are all ranked first
for our company. We want our employee to solve his tasks on time, to
collaborate with our employees and to be able to solve some problems that
arise in the company. We want our future employees to initiate projects and
activities that help the development of the company. They must pay attention
to details and have very good skills in using technology.
