HR Interview ( Assignment 7)

1. Tell me something about yourself?

Thank You for giving me this chance. My name is Khushi Mankar, I am from
Chandrapur City in Maharashtra. I am currently persuing second year in Electronics
and Telecommunication in Vishwakarma Institute of Information technology.

To begin with soft skills I am a quick and enthusiastic learner, self motivated,
adaptive, team worker and creative. I also like to explore new things and learn as
much as I can. My technical skills include proficiency in Java programming language
and C programming language, Data Structures and also have a good command of
MS Excel and Web Technologies.

My interests include painting, badminton and listening to music. In my leisure time, I


enjoy cooking and journaling.

2. What are your strengths?

I am very organized, disciplined and has excellent listening skills .My dedicated
mindset and attitude of learning new things helps me every time in my work.

3. Why are you interested in this job?

It's an honor and a privilege to work for an established company like yours. As I
researched the job opening you have, I realized that my abilities and interests align
with your requirements. Through this job, I can showcase my technical skills to help
the company's development, to learn new technologies and their use in real life and
increase my knowledge and experience.
4. Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

Over five years, I'd love to take advantage of every opportunity the company will give
me to gain knowledge through the external and internal training programs. My dream
career objective is to be an good Electronics and Telecommunication engineer.
Hence, I am looking forward to creating different products that embody the mission
of this company and contribute to making a positive impact while speeding up my
path to becoming a good engineer.

5. Would you like to work overtime or odd hours?

I understand that putting extra effort impacts the company's development, so I'm
happy. If it means I'm contributing to the company, I'll be glad to contribute.

6. How do you handle stress, pressure, and anxiety?

Under pressure and stress, I usually utilize my soft skills and handle every situation
calmly. Being an observer, I analyse the situations and try to deal with it practically
and by actually writing it down and managing them depending upon its importance
and priority. I also perform physical exercises and mind relaxing activities like
meditation to deal with work stress and pressure.

7. Is there anything that makes you different from other candidates?

There are a few things that make me different from other candidates. Firstly, in spite
of being a fresher I have good analytical skills and more practical knowledge of how
things works in industries. I’m also great at communicating with people, so I can
easily build relationships with clients and coworkers. Finally, I have a strong interest
in learning new things and taking on new challenges.

8. Tell me about a time when you were not satisfied with your
performance?
I was not satisfied with my performance when assigned a project where I was
supposed to work out of my domain means on a new technology and failed to meet
the deadline due to excessive work . I felt like I let my team down and was very
disappointed. I learned that it is important to set realistic goals and constantly
communicate with team members if there are any delays and work in collaboration
with the respective domain heads and coworkers involved with proper analysis of
what the project actually is.

9. Tell me about a time when you experienced difficulty at work while


working on a project?

The most difficult project I ever worked on was a communication system project. The
goal had very specific and detailed requirements, and every time I came towards an
conclusion I came across new difficulties and some kind of failure in the system. This
caused a lot of reworking, and it wasn't easy to keep the project on track. In the end,
the organization was happy with the final product, it was a very stressful experience
but a great one working on it.
