Definition: A fad diet - a diet that promises quick weight loss through what is usually an
unhealthy and unbalanced diet.

1) Fat food diet does not have a particular creator. Humans have using raw food
diet since pre-historic times.
2) The diet promises loss of weight, as well as many health benefits, which include
improvement in digestion, heart health, preventing cancer, providing the body with
sufficient energy and many other things. Though youll probably lose some weight on this
diet, it will result in insufficient protein, calcium, iron, and vitamin B12 levels.

that are cooked and are not at their natural state. Food cannot go over 118 degrees.
