Description of Misbehavior:

Today, Cris was participating in horse play during class change. Another student came
up and pushed Cris. When I removed both students from the classroom and informed
them of the consequences, Cris made his discontent with the decision very clear.

After asking Cris to look at me when speaking multiple times he refused and repeated
Im just not even going to say anything. I tried to explain to Cris that even if he was
not the one doing the pushing, he was still involved in horseplay. Cris continued to say
Im not even going to say anything.

For the past few labs Cris has been consistently off-task and playing around with other
students. I have to ask Cris to re-focus and act appropriately almost every time we have a
lab. I have tried to contact home previously, but the line doesnt connect and there is no
answer.

Cris has been written up previously on 10/24 for hitting another student in the face with
a rolled up piece of paper. He informed me he never went to ISS for that referral.
