We, the student of BSN II Section II Group D, would like to request for
approval to present a case of G2P1 (0111) Pregnancy Uterine Delivered
Cephalic Preterm (35-36 weeks) live baby boy (2kg) Appropriate for
Gestational Age by Primary Low Segment Cesarean Section under
Subarachnoid Block for Pre-eclampsia with Severe Features, Uncontrolled,
Thickly Meconium Stained to be presented on April 3, 2017 from 8 pm to 11
pm.

We chose patient Bs case to be presented because we believe that it would

be an instrument for a good learning experience on how to make a
comprehensive pathophysiology and frame nursing care plans and
interventions for a patient dealing with this kind of case. We handled patient
on March 6-8, 2017 during our Obstetric Ward exposure at BGHMC (Baguio
General Hospital and Medical Center) 3-11 shift with the supervision of our
clinical Instructor.
