Article 2. Mr. Phan Van Minh is received salaries and allowances labor according
to the regulation of the organization of the company.
 Article 3. Mr. Phan Van Minh Mr. Tuan is responsible for exercising his rights
and obligations according to law provisions, charter and internal regulations of Ha Noi
Mineralsals-Metallurgy Joint Stock Company.
Article 4. This Decision is valid since date of signing.
