1.0 A farawell speech to be presented for a boss who is moving to a multinational
company.

Welcome everyone to this very special accassion.

And a bitter sweet occassion it is to us.

Its very sad to be saying goodbye to that respect Dato Hajah Mariam Mas binti Yaacob
who is closing 25 years in Farmers Organizations Authority Malaysia (FOAM) or in
Malays is call Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladang (LPP).

In 2002, she was first women who being chief leader for MAHA programme (Malaysia
Agriculture Horticulture & Agrotourism). She succesfully fulfilled her task. For twenty
five years, she had the uniqueness of serving our company with duty, honor, coverage
vision , tenacity, commitment and spirit that all of us, her male and female colleagues
values so much. She served our organization with different ways. She pursued the career
and lifestyle of the organization, making them the main meaning in her life.

As you know,the common thought of women cant work century years ago. In the late
1980, Dato Hajah Mariam Mas binti Yaacob began her career, the percantage of women
involve in doing business was be quite small especially in plantation business. In many
ways,women who wanted to be in business field were discriminated the were not
considered to be strong enough to serve equally with men. This view has changes since
then. I am proud to say that more than one million have served our country through many
jod field. Women in the business field have great achivement. For example late Datuk
Sosilawati. No doubts that they are playing important role in business field.

Today women make up 30 percent of enlisted each year. When Dato Hajah Mariam Mas
began her career, very few women were prepared to stubbornly move from our profession
periphery towards in heart. It was very hard, for we, men dominated and were not be
qualified as our equals. But the more they trained and the more they buried their heads
over text books, the more admirable they become to us. The though us, with all

persuasion and overwhelming, willingness to pursue long term goals and despite
hardships and abstacles.

Long time years ago, we fairled to see competitors in women in the business field. Now
Dato Hajah Mariam Mas has succeeded in doing her duty and she was several times
awarded for her excellent service. At the rare moment off our duty, she found warm
words that strengthened us. She become our friend with whom we were able to share
happiness and troubles. She has become a valuables asset to our company team,
qualified, reliable, trustful , understanding and brave.

We will be missing you Dato a lot. We will be missing your sense of humor, your
friendliness and your good nature. From me to you dear Dato Hajah Mariam Mas binti
Yaacob thank you for inviting me to speak and take this opportunity to wish you the best
of look in your future life. Happy retirement Dato Mariam Mas binti Yaacob.
Congalatulation for your new job and position. Dato we hope you will enjoy your new
job, happy working and good luck for new job. We always prays to Gods you will
success in what ever you do.

Thank to Attorneys Council , Mr Haji Abu Bakar bin Md Ali ( District Education Officer
),the endeavour Madam Hajah Sarifah Bt Mustafar Principal of SMK Convent Tanah
Rata Cameron Highlands,representatives,member of council committee teachers , parents
, ladies and gentlemen . Here I want to express gratitude to the Almighty which is willing
of His ( Allah ) now we can gather here together . I welcome the Endeavour Mr Haji Abu
Bakar be with us today . Despite a busy job Mr Haji Abu Bakar attend this ceremony .
We feel honored . I will like to express thanks and our appreciation because of his support
.For us his presence commerate this ceremony on this day . Parents and community
engage with this programs actively.

We realize that education had more new inprovement from time to time.Educational
oppotunities should be fully utilized for being master in knowledge,skills and build a
dynamic personality briliant. Educational is challenging field which is they claim and
pragmatic strategic planning,cost a large and efficient implementation machinery
.Education was also exposed to the demand for change in life and affected by global and
regional development.Among the challenges is the how to sustain the profession and
make quality of services excellent being as identity.Country will lose its competitive
edge ,behind or marginalized from the global development if education is not being
priorities or not managed properly .

Congratulation to the students and the heir of students who have succesfully. May the
successes achieved in the present will be a driving force behind the culture of excellent to
achieve success in the future .Mr Haji Abu Bakar ,respected people and gentlemen ,later
if God willing we will meet and collabrate together to help this school.PIBG not only
helps with contribute money or funds froms lords and gentlemen to the school,but
between the main thing ,I expected as PIBG president is the view and thinking in helping
to build schools in increasing the potential or our children , especially in academic and
the world education . Commitment ladies and gentlemen is my pride. I like to touch on
several issue that need to be considered by us as the beneciary schools.We are confident
that without discipline ,we cant achieved succesful.We must realize that many school

have not been spared from the blast related issues of students. The heir of student should
aware of and concerned about truancy,coming late to school,smoking, bullying ,fighting
teachers ,personalities themselves ,stealing .Although this problem not serious at this
school, we should take prevention first to avoid this problem become more worse than
now. I believe under the leadership of and concern for Mr Haji Abu Bakar and Madam
Principal of this school, we can achieve better performance in all aspects.

Finally I would like to thanks again to Mr Haji Abu Bakar ( PPD Director)PIBG
committee members parents ,ladies and gentlemen.Thank you for willingness come to
this ceremony todayHere I arrange my ten fingers to appologize if there is wrong in
anything what i already said before.What I say comes from my sincere heart to see the
progress of our child as well.So up here my speech.

3.0 A speech to call for peoples donation and commitment to help the needy and
the poor in your small city

Distinguished guests,

Ladies and gentlemen,

It is my honor to be invited as a speaker in a donation event. I would like to seize the

opportunity to congratulate us on launching this donation event in which many urban
organizations are involved. Our donation will be transferred for those who need for
example old folk, orphanage, the poor lifes, disabled people and others. Besides money,
good other items such as clothing, food, school items, medicine and items of everyday
life were donated to victims of natural disasters such as tsunami, earthquakes, flood and
war. Our goal to help people who really needed. To achieve this noble goal, we have
organized a charity ball and a charity fair. Im honored to thank all sponsor, organizations
and private persons who care for human being.

We all know Japan just afflicted by tsunami disaster on March 2011. Eventhough Japan
known as developed country which is more advanced in technology but they also cant
detect tsunami disaster sign. More than 350 people are dead and more than 500 people
missing. Eventhough they have different belief, different religious, different races than
us, we should help them as human being. Before Japan, world get shocked which is on
October 2010 Indonesia afflicted by tsunami disaster. According to Asia Pacific News
more than 500 people died and more than one thousand are missing. Everything damaged
in the blind of end eyes. Malaysia also feel the effect of tsunami disaster on that day. We
get feel earthquake for a second. Our prime minister said we are responsible for the future
of the world as well. Our charity organization has been constantly working on fundraising
much of which is transfered as humanitarian aid. Because of this responsibility we should
help them through money ,clothes ,food donation .We also sent Red Cross Team to
help victims give them medicine,medical check up ,give treatment.

Different like another islamic country such as Afghanistan,.Malaysia one of a develop

country which live without war.They suffered a lot because of war .Child and women

killed without humane.They lost their life ,their house ,get disabled.They cant live in
peace.Always scared get murdered by territorists.Not only give
money,food,medicines,clothes,we also help them through sent Red Cross Team
volunteer to take care of them and help them move out .For example Bosnia Herzgovina
citizens we bring them live here at our country ,give them accomodation,education for
their child and job .They return back to their country when their country be in peace
condition.

While busy helping other countries ,we should not miss help our own people.Our
priorities responsibilities is to decrease poor life through help disabled people
,orphanage,old folk and poor people . Not all people lucky have good family , born in
rich family,have a good health ,have mother and father,have child whose really love them
.As human being we help this people through money ,food,clothes donation,give them
loves ,support and everything . Last month we enjoyed our young models in stylish
dresses of their own design.They collected a good sum of money and were so happy to
give a helping hand to those people who really needed.Besides we also have a lot of
performing charity mostly attended by dignitaries , singers . actors and actress.For
example Malaysia number one singer had a concert tour .

Partly money of the result from the concert be donated to charities. Life is beautiful.God
presents us with this gift of life not to suffer from what we can have as our right .Our
mutual efforts ,our support all this poor people need most of all.Togother we will fulfill
our duty of cherishing every human life.

In closing ,I wish to thank all of you,our sponsors and donors for your donations.
Lets go on building the bonds of friendship and goodness through cooperation and
mutual respect.
