Scope and Content The collection consists of several three ring binders, meeting
minutes, budgets, membership attendance, chapter newsletter, a
chapter flag, the chapter charter, and the chapters 25th
anniversary dedication document.

Current Arrangement Half of the collection is housed in labeled folders, and the other
half is housed in three ring binders. The folders and binders are
arranged chronologically, and each label accurately reflects the
contents. There are some oversized materials, beyond the chapter
charter and chapter flag.

Proposed Level of The collection will contain two series: administrative files and
Processing subject files. The administrative files will include meeting
minutes, budgets, and membership activity. The subject files will
include the oversize chapter flag, chapter dedication document,
and chapter charter.

Contents in three ringed binders will be removed and re-housed

in acid-free folders. Paper clips, fasteners, and rubber bands will
be removed from the collection. Photos will be sleeved in
polyester folders, and newspaper clippings will be sandwiched
between non-acid papers to protect other documents from
staining. Legal sized acid-free folders will be required to re-
house the entire collection to prevent legal sized documents
within the collection from being folded and damaged. At least
two oversized box is required to house the chapter charter and
the chapter flag.

Proposed Arrangement The collection will consist of two series: administrative files and
Scheme subject files. The arrangement of the materials is already in
chronological order, therefore the processing of the collection
will continue the order. Upon initial scanning of the collection,
there appears to be little to no duplicate materials.

Proposed Finding Aid The finding aid will include the collection title, collection
number, dates, creator (s), acquisition information, language,
restrictions, conditions, index terms, scope and content note, and
arrangement scheme. There will be two series with a box and
folder list containing detailed subjects and dates of each folder

some larger types of documents that were slightly bent in the
original boxes.
