country.

Recipes with bergamot and its essence are many and very different,
and now that you start to see in the supermarkets - even in
Northern Italy why do not you let me to play more with this
ingredient?

BERGAMOT IN THE KITCHEN: HOW TO USE IT?

First, as for the lemon or other citrus, bergamot does not throw
anything away: peel, juice, pulp and obviously essence. The
bergamot fragrance makes it very versatile: obviously doing well
with fish, but also particularly tastes meats and traditional cakes.
The liquor bergamot, excellent digestive, is a real treatment.

LIQUOR BERGAMOT

If you are or have been to Calabria you probably tasted the


bergamot liquor. Now that the result is more often the market and in
large deployments you can try to do it at home you too, instead of
limoncello.

Among all views recipes around we found one that seems


particularly easy. You need only:
4 bergamot
Sugar 300g
Alcohol 1/2 l
Water 1/2 l
Manganaro Saverio
