Fruit Juices are always backed by Markon’s 5-Star
Food Safety® Program. Look for them packed in
HDPE unbreakable bottles and our eco-friendly
recyclable, wax- and staple-free cartons.

PREPARATION INSPIRATION
• Use RSS Lemon and Lime Juices to flavor
cocktails, enhance marinades and sauces, and
give complexity to chutneys and salsas.
• Serve RSS Orange and Grapefruit Juices with
breakfast and brunch dishes, add to smoothies
and other beverages, and use to deglaze fish
and vegetable sautés.
• RSS Lemonade and Margarita Mix make great
stand-alone beverages, but can also be blended
with iced tea, macerated fruits (think citrus and
berries), and frozen into sorbets and granitas.
• Mix softened butter, RSS Lime Juice, lime zest,
salt, minced Serrano chile peppers, and RSS
Diced Onions; add to broiled fish such as trout
or slather corn on the cob.

HANDLING
Refrigerate immediately in the coldest area of the cooler;
optimum storage is 28º-34º F/-2º-1º C at high humidity with
adequate circulation. Rotate stock properly.
