    Dear Sir,

    Reference is made to the above case which was filed by the former RECP against us
    in the High Court has now been decided in our favor dismissing the suit. Photocopy
    of the order of the honorable High Court is attached hereto for your kind perusal.

    In accordance with the said order you are requested to refund the amount
    mentioned therein which has been kept in separate account bearing # 9-9 in Allied
    Bank of Pakistan FTC Branch Karachi, along with the mark up accrued on it which is
    our entitlement.

    An early compliance of the High Court orders will be highly appreciated.
