Subject: Performance Deficiency Warning Letter for Contract Non-compliance.


Dear Pervaiz,
It is regretted to inform you that we have identified repeated non-conformance/ unsatisfactory
performance of your company in the following aspects;
1. Lack in provision of proper and clean uniform of your employees. They are mostly
found in shabby condition with no proper dress-up.
2. Frequent changes of the employees.
3. Bills are submitted with mistakes since last 2 years.
4. Increased absenteeism of your employees.
5. Our calls are mostly unattended and no proper follow-up is catered.
6. Two of your employees were found involved in stealing.
The non-performance/ unsatisfactory performance is a breach of the contract terms.
Your company is hereby, required to rectify all the items stated above within ____
days/months and take all such necessary actions and steps to maintain the service standards
required under the contract terms and conditions.
In the event that no satisfactory remedial action has been taken by the said date, we will
invoke actions against your company in accordance with contract terms. In the meantime, our
rights are reserved.

Subject: Notice to discontinue Janitorial Services Contract

Dear Pervaiz Masih,


As per the completion of our business contract tenure 2020-21, this is to notify you that Tapal
Tea (Pvt) Ltd will no longer be requiring the services of Pervaiz Masih Contractor. With this
notice we comply with the minimum notice period of 30 days as per the agreement terms
because upon several repeated verbal and written notices PMC was unable to maintain the
required standards according to the agreed terms and conditions.
Ideally, all outstanding services should be completed by June 30th, 2021. On our part, we
will clear any outstanding amounts in our account within due time. To that end, we would
like to receive all relevant invoices by July 1st, 2021.
Please indicate your acknowledgement and receipt of this letter by returning a signed copy of
this notice as the closing of our account.
